Spacious house located inside the community of Indian Palms Country Club. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this central location. Enjoy our private garage for your golf cart and cars, 2 bicycles, large kitchen with basic supplies, BBQ and back patio, community pools and spas, fire stick streaming (bring your own NETFLIX please, HULU & DISNEY included), large tub in the master bath and gated security for peace of mind.

It is not a 15 minute walk to festival ground more like 30-1hr but otherwise had an amazing stay

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house in Indio. It was indeed spacious, and all other features of the property were exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean; check in was smooth and easy, the neighborhood in the country club is nice, and the value received for the price we paid was great. This is not a luxury accommodation, but we didn’t expect it be. Proximity to stores and restaurants is very good, as was the proximity to Indian Wells Tennis Garden for the annual tournament, which was our primary reason for coming to the area.We had a couple of very minor maintenance issues to deal with during our stay, and the host was super quick to respond to our communications and very helpful in getting things resolved, which was greatly appreciated! We would definitely stay here again!
