The Space
This comfortable, well-designed condo is located on the first floor of the building and offers lovely views of the swimming pool and Santa Cruz Bay from both the living room and the primary bedroom.

The condo features two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
Primary bedroom: King-size bed, private full bathroom, air conditioning, TV, and a private balcony overlooking the pool and bay.
Second bedroom: Two single beds and air conditioning.
Living Areas
The spacious living area includes air conditioning, a TV, a dining table with seating for up to eight people, and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.
The condo also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Location is great. This part of Mexico is hot if you are not used to it. About 90 degrees every day. Mostly Mexican tourists. Friendly people.

We had a wonderful time in Hautulco, Mexico. We will definitely vacation there again. Everything was affordable (condo, food, activities). The condo was fully equipped and met our needs. There was a minor issue with the boiler but Alejandro had it checked and everything was fine. The sink in the guest bathroom had a leaking pipe but it’s an easy fix, it just needs to be resealed. Other than those minor things I would stay in that condo again.

The property is in a great location. Easy to get to most anything. You can spend the day on the beach or by the pool. Great complex. Super nice people and and very safe.
