Saligari Villa with private pool & outdoor hot tub

Positively wonderful stay. My family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed everything about this place. Tony met us at the villa upon arrival and not only showed us all about this villa but pulled out a map and suggested places to eat and see. He checked in with us every morning and was available at any time via What’s App. His team cooked us breakfast everyday and cleaned place daily. Immaculately clean! They worked around our schedule. Made us feel like royalty, This was a bucket list trip for our family and this villa was a bucket list accommodation - it had it all - beautiful views, roomy and comfortable rooms, kitchen, living area, outdoor breakfast area by private pool, hot tub, and even a steam room (we did not partake of that). Very private with fencing. Did not want to leave.

An incredible find! An amazing place to stay. All we had hoped for and much more besides in a brilliant location. The living space was huge and really well laid out. The bedrooms had very large comfortable beds with lots of wardrobe space and went out into a beautiful outside sun trap of a terrace with a hot tub and incredible views of vineyards, the sea and the hilltop village of Pyrgos. The upstairs bathroom was high end luxury, spacious and full of goodies (bathroom products and slippers). The friendliest of housekeepers came daily at a time of our choosing (from 8 to 10.30) to lay out a feast for us on a long table by our pool, clean the villa and change both our pool and indoor towels. We had Greek delicacies, omelettes, Greek yoghurt, granola, bread and fruit. They asked us what we would like daily and were very obliging. We ate so much that we didn’t need lunch. The pool is very thoughtfully designed in the shape of a snail (the name of the villa in Greek) going from a shallow area with steps round to a deeper area. It was big enough to cool down and swim in. There were lots of choices of seating from loungers, armchairs and sofas to table seating. Toni, our concierge, was simply brilliant. He helped to arrange and personalise everything for us from hair appointments for a wedding to boat trips, car hire, restaurants and wine tasting at reduced prices. Pyrgos is stunning and a short walk away, as were top restaurants and vineyards with the best sunsets. Click book!

We had a wonderful week and all the hosts are so lovely! We loved the daily breakfasts and the accommodation, particularly the outside. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Saligari and the set up was perfect for us. On the edge of Pyrgos so close enough to walk in but peaceful enough that we weren’t in the centre. John was very communicative in the run up to the holiday and then Toni looked after us so well during our stay, making recommendations, bookings etc, he was so helpful. Special mention to Alex for the lovely breakfasts and Ella for looking after the villa. Thank you, we hope to return!
