The open floor plan incorporates expansive living, dining, and kitchen areas plus a dream laundry room suite with cherry cabinets, sink and folding shelf. Fenced-in backyard! Enjoy nearby Lake Harris Chain of Lakes and Sailing Club. Daytona Beach, Orlando, and Disney less than 60 minutes away. There is a 32x34 ft screened lanai backyard oasis with a beautiful well-maintained inground heated pool with LED lighting with settings that can be changed with the remote control. There is a lounge and dining area that you are able to relax in during the day/evening and enjoy a nice family meal while sitting poolside. The outdoor ceiling fan will provide lighting along with a great breeze and is controlled by remote.
The open floor plan incorporates living, dining and kitchen where everything flows effortlessly.
The oversized kitchen comes fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop electric stove, dishwasher, built-in microwave, fridge with ice maker and water dispenser (filtered cleaned regularly) Some of the the smaller appliances include an air fryer, waffle maker, toaster oven and Keurig coffee maker. Complete dishware sets and an abundance of cooking utensils for the Chef in the family to whip up meals. Plenty of cabinet space and pantry area to store all groceries. The large marble countertop island can seat a large family for all meals, gatherings or for just family/group bonding time. All the necessities to help your stay feel just like home.
The living room area is perfect for entertaining with a 77inch smart TV, plush seating, LED lighting and equipped with a large 96-inch ceiling fan controlled by remote that provides additional cooling after a long day of being out in the Florida heat.
Ceiling fans are also installed in 6 of the 7 bedrooms.
The laundry suite located on the 2nd floor comes complete with smart washer and dryer, utility sink and plenty of counter space to fold and sort laundry. There is also an iron and iron board available for use. We do provide complimentary detergent.
NO PETS ALLOWED, in order to be respectful to other guests who could have allergies and also to keep our beautiful home in the best condition for all guests.
NO SMOKING ALLOWED specifically inside, if there is detection of smoking or odor in the home additional fees will apply.
There is a house manual that is printed and available, it contains in detail how to enjoy the many features the house has to offer. The manual is located in the foyer area off the living room. There is also a printed manual of the house rules hanging in the entryway hallway wall. Ring door bell at the front door and it will be on.
Ring camera mounted over the garage door and it will be on. Ring camera with auto spotlight on right side of home near gate entrance and it will be on.

Seamless. Everything was very nice. Communication was quick response and all questions were answered. Would happily return. Pool was very comfortable as it was a cold weekend. Heater was working in pool. Plenty of room in home for us.

The home was perfect for the six couples that were in our group. The home was very clean and the hostess was very responsive to any questions that were asked. It was very close to Mt. Dora as we were there to see the holiday lights. A great weekend away!!

We had a fun visit and plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the pool and the spaciousness and location of the house. Unfortunately, the downstairs AC broke and couldn’t be fixed while we were there. The refrigerator was not cooling properly. We had to throw away a lot of food. The cleaners had not done a great job of keeping the properly in good condition. I would love to rate this property as a 10, but I just can’t. We paid a lot of money for the AC and refrigerator to not be working properly.The host was very responsive and stayed in communication with us throughout the stay. Some things were beyond her control.

Mattresses were stained to the point they should be thrown away. Landscaping needed touching up. Floors were dirty. Not enough toliet paper. Cleaning was sub par. All A/C vents had black dust or mold growing on them. Why is hot tub listed in the amenities? Now the kitchen was stocked decently with pots n pans, plenty of hot water for a house that size. Nice neighborhood. Pool was smaller than expected and filled with alot of bugs like filter wasnt working. Anyway if u have a big crew u can get by here but should be a cheaper rental
