The Space:
Blocks from shops, restaurants and Capitola Beach, this beach house is the perfect getaway.
This open floorplan features stellar workmanship, from porcelain tile floors in a weathered-wood-style finish, to millwork and finishes with custom white wainscoting, baseboards, and top-notch casing at doors & windows, plus high quality cabinetry & built-ins. The kitchen includes stainless steel counters, Big Chill appliances, artful lighting & a pantry convenient to both the kitchen and the garden/patio/bbq area. There are two off-street parking spots in paved space next to the house.
The house offers a master bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed and the third bedroom with a double bed.
Please Note: This home has a very STRICT NO PETS policy, this includes visitors to the home. There is a monitored exterior camera.
**Please be advised that any violation of our pet policy will result in an automatic $500 fee.**
Surf City Rentals Policy

We all loved this house for the location, the off street parking, the easy access, the comfy beds and the coziness. We are all in our 70s and a simple short walk to the beach and a couple of our favorite restaurants (Paradise Beach Grille and Margaritaville) was great. We'll definitely recommend it to friends and family, and consider it again in the future.
