I had a lovely week in downtown Dubuque. Check-in was easy. My 1st floor studio was comfortable, clean and safe. And while the combined bed/sitting area makes it a studio, it also has a large kitchen and nice bathroom. The bathroom has lots of open storage to keep your items within view and easily accessible, and the shower pressure was more than adequate for an older building. The unit is centrally located and within walking distance to any number of activities. I was easily able to navigate, going for long walks each day taking in beautiful, diverse neighborhoods, coffee shops, and restaurants. The property owner, Ken, was extremely responsive to my questions and/or requests. I will not hesitate to book this charming spot again.

Easy directions. Clean & well stocked with coffee, tea, cream & sugar and a few spices. Host provided a binder with great information about the area, places to eat, see and transportation options. Host was easy to access for questions and information. A very enjoyable stay!
