Beautiful residence "Lou Cepoun". On the outskirts, 1.9 km from the centre of Cogolin, in a quiet position, 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool angular fenced (8 x 15 m, depth 105 - 225 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep. pool opening hours: 07:00-22:00). Shop 1.9 km, grocery 1.6 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.9 km, bus stop "Rond point de Kock" 2.3 km, sandy beach "Les Marines de Gassin" 7 km. Marina 7 km, sailing school 7 km, minigolf 6.5 km. Nearby attractions: Parc d'attractions Azur Park 7 km, Port Grimaud 5 km, Saint Tropez 13 km, Pampelonne 18 km, Cannes 84 km, Nice 110 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac de Sainte Croix 92 km. Hiking paths: Massif de l'Esterel 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.

Sehr schöne ruhige Lage mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf das Massif des Maures. Sehr schöner Gemeinschaftspool. Die Küche ist sehr gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und das Mobiliar sehr gepflegt und neuwertig. Es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz zur Unterkunft, der in der Nähe des Reihenhauses liegt. Durch den Garten hat man sehr viel Privatsphäre und dieser ist nicht einsehbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.
