We are also located close to Germantown (10 min drive, 30 min walk), a popular area bordering downtown filled with tons of restaurants to explore. Whether you are looking to experience the food and culture or dance all night at the honky-tonks we have you covered. We love the vibrant music, food and art culture of Nashville and we know you will too. For each reservation we provide our curated insider area guide with specific suggestions and tips for your trip.
Getting Around:
No car? No problem! Our neighborhood is walking distance from great bars and restaurants as well as shopping and parks. Along with local buses we recommend utilizing ride share apps like Uber or Lyft in the city for further away destinations.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

-We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.
-We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

Perhaps the best part of this rental was that each bedroom has it own bathroom. I didn’t fully appreciate it until we were there. We also spent a good portion of a day there and it was very comfortable.
The hosts were very accommodating, allowing us to check-in early.
The group of eight adults agreed we would stay there again if ever in Nashville.

We loved the unit however it's a lot of steps. I brought my 91 year old mom and it was difficult for her to maneuver . Something to think about. Parking garages was a great plus. Towels and wash cloths need to be updated many had holes and stains. But overall it was great and I would stay here when I come back to Nashville.

Our group had a great time at these townhomes. They are very clean and close to everything. The check-in instructions were very clear and management was easy to get a hold of. Thank you!

Property was a little run down and needed some maintenance. Bathrooms had missing towel hooks; scuffs on walls; furniture needed cleaning, etc. Property manager was responsive however and good to work with.
