Gulf side - 3rd Floor, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH,: King-size bed in master bedroom, two double beds in second bedroom. Fabulous view of gulf, beach, pool and pavilion. Watch the dolphins play in the gulf from the bar-height furniture on the open balcony. Of the two-bedroom units on the 3rd floor, this is the closest to the beach. The 3rd floor is high enough so that the view is not of the parking lot, but not so high as to discourage use of the stairs. The updated decor and beautiful diagonally laid porcelain tile floors make this a wonderful getaway to relax your body, refresh your mind and restore your soul. The master bedroom and living area have glass doors that lead out to the balcony. For your comfort, both bedrooms and living area have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a private bath, and 40-inch LED smart TV. The living area features a 55-inch LED Smart (Roku) TV (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and other apps pre-loaded). The exterior is outdated and the elevator barely worked the entire time we were there. Makes it hard for carrying groceries or bags for a long distance. Other than that the room was beautiful a little small and I wish we had a bigger balcony. I just feel like it wasn’t enough for the amount of money I paid.

The facility was nice but two of the elevators were not functioning which signs were posted. The really bad thing that was very upsetting was someone smoked above our truck numerous times and flicked their ashes all over it
