Want to discover Colmar with ease? This superb apartment, located in a quiet, modern building with private parking, is the ideal place for your stay.
You'll be just a 5-minute walk from the city center, perfect for strolling through the streets, enjoying the Christmas or Easter markets, and experiencing the city's unique atmosphere.
The apartment is bright and welcoming: a comfortable living room with a sofa, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen that opens onto a south-facing terrace, perfect for relaxing. It also includes a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe, as well as a functional bathroom with a toilet and washing machine.
Located on the ground floor of a peaceful building, you can rest in complete tranquility.
Everything is included in the price: bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, utilities, and Wi-Fi.
To be paid before your arrival: the tourist tax, payable remotely by bank transfer or credit card at the agency during opening hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and the security deposit, payable via a Swikly link or credit card (authorization required).
Security deposit amount: €300.
Check-in is self-service, thanks to a key box, for a simple and flexible setup.
A WhatsApp group will be created upon booking to stay in touch before, during, and after your stay, if needed.

By car, you can escape on the mythical Wine Route to visit one of the charming wine villages of Alsace such as Riquewihr, Eguisheim, Kaysersberg or Ribeauvillé.

From the ease of pre-trip communication and key collection / check-in to the cleanliness and ideal location of the apartment to the beauty of the very nearby Colmar centre, we can't say a bad word about this property.The apartment is small but absolutely perfect for a couple who want to both immerse themselves in the delights of the old town of Colmar (less than 10-minute walk) and to explore the wider Alsace region. The apartment has its own private parking space, a well-appointed kitchen area, a clean and functional bathroom, a comfy double bed and a pleasant outdoor balcony area.Supermarkets are a few minutes' drive away, and within five minutes you can be driving out of the town (be it east towards Freiburg or west towards the picturesque Alsace villages and towns of Eguisheim, Munster and many others.Colmar itself remains the star of the how though, with countless superb restaurants and bars dotted throughout the timeless beauty of the narrow streets, canals and medieval buildings. And all within around a 7-minute walk from the apartment complex.One of the nicest places we have stayed, both accommodation itself and location.

L'accueil aussi bien téléphonique que par sms par Carole a été très agréable, très aimable et professionnelle, Carole est à l'écoute et très réactive à nos demandes, il manque juste un accueil physique à l'arrivée.
L'appartement est agréable mais sombre (rez de chaussée avec balcon au dessus) et mal isolé des voisins. L'équipement de la cuisine est très succinct. De plus le lave linge est tombé en panne en fin de séjour.
Il manque des couvercles, un couteau à pain, un plat pour aller dans le four, une essoreuse à salade et pas d'épingle à linge Dans la chambre, rien pour poser, une chaise serait la bienvenue.
Autrement emplacement idéal, dans un quartier calme et tout près du centre historique et des commerces (marché central).
Excellent séjour, de plus nous avons été gâté par le temps et la région est magnifique.
