We had a nice time in this 1-bedroom rental for two weeks. The hosts are on site and are very welcoming and helpful. The best thing was the courtyard, which was shaded by a large tree and had a tiny pond with fish! Very charming place to sit and relax any time of day. The rental itself is small but very clean, albeit a bit of a walk from city center (15 minutes). It has air conditioning in the living room, but the bedroom could really use a fan on hot days. All and all, we had a good time there.

The owners and their son Corentin were most welcoming and informative. We met the first afternoon and they spent time with recommendations and directions. They remained available throughout the stay to answer specific questions.The accommodation was in a great location within walking, tram, or bus to everywhere. 5 days were not even enough time! The kitchen was perfectly appointed.100% recommend this location

A great little apartment with helpful, friendly hosts and everything you need for your stay in lovely Dijon!
Lilac Maladiere is perfectly located, we parked the car on the road just down from the house and didn't use it again until we packed up and left on the next leg of our journey.
