One parking space is reserved for guests.

ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: 500 GB of Wi-Fi per month, heating and air conditioning via split units (one in the living room and one in bedroom I), clothesline, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

One reserved parking space for guests (number 11) is available—also suitable for SUVs.

The building’s shared pool is open from June 1 to September 30—a lifeguard is on duty.

A crib is available upon request, subject to availability.

The private parking space is approximately 50 meters from the apartment—internal number 402.



The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests.



Seven days before your arrival, you’ll receive instructions on how to register your documents and pay the city tax through our Guest Portal.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Olbia Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Note: Completing registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €20 for each set of linens used.
