This 2021 built townhome on Gull Lake has five bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a two-car garage making this the perfect home to host multiple families. 3,250 square feet and three levels allow plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Sleeps 17. Enjoy your own private fire pit, patio, grill area and pool table in the lower level.
The home is part of the Causeway on Gull Resort. . The resort has both indoor and outdoor pools with hot tubs and a sauna at the outdoor pool house. A short stroll down the wooded trail past your private fire pit, the indoor pool building and the Causeway Clubhouse have a selection of arcade games plus ping pong and foosball.
The home rental includes a dedicated boat slip on Gull Lake. There is plenty of room for trailer parking so you can bring your own boat and have space to park the ice castle in the winter months. If you prefer to rent a boat there are two options right on-site with YourBoatClub and LakeFunRentals plus several other local off site boat rental options. You can get anything from a fishing boat or performance tri-toon to jet skis. In any case, you will have your own slip at Causeway next to Zorbaz in the heart of the Gull Lake Chain for the duration of your stay at no added cost.

We spent the last week on beautiful Gull Lake MN. We have stayed at several places around the lake the last 40 plus years and this was a beautiful family home to stay in. We had plenty of room for everyone to be together or spend some time alone if they wished. Causeway on Gull is close to everything you would need. There are grocery stores close to the rental in both Brainerd and Nisswa. John was always quick at returning our calls and answering any questions we had. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking or grilling at home but there are so many places to eat around the lake that you need to do that too!The big downfall we had was not being on the lake. We did know this ahead of time so being able to rent a golf cart came in handy to get all our belongings to and from the boat. The boat slips we had were together and even without a lift - you are in the channel and protected from the weather.Being lake people, we didn't use either of the pools much at all but we did check them out and they are very nice. The older kids loved the tennis courts that were just down the hill. We didn't have any problems with the wi-fi and we had 12 people scrolling nightly! Don't hesitate - Gull Lake is the BEST!

My friends and I had a blast staying at this house for a long weekend! We loved the location being close to Zorbaz, the pool, and the volleyball court! Would love to come back!
