Beautiful home in an excellent location! Host very responsive also. The kids absolutely loved the foosball table upstairs, and we all enjoyed our stay very much, with plenty of space to cook, eat, and relax. Highly recommend this lovely property.

Our space was great— prefect spot to get together and just order food in for the night and relax with out of town family. Only complaint is that we really needed to do laundry and the dryer wasn’t working so we ended up at the laundry mat the next day.

Check in was easy and communication with property manager easy, as well. The two twin beds are actually a twin trundle bed, which matters, so know this ahead of time. A few things that made the stay less than pleasant: Towels: Each bathroom had only two towels and two washcloths. We used the washer and dryer to launder these before first use because they didn't smell clean. It would be helpful to at least have 3-4 towels per bathroom for women who may choose to wash their hair and prefer two towels for this. We had 6 guests, so two per bathroom making 2 towels insufficientThe upstairs bathrooms had near empty dandruff shampoo and conditioner bottles that had to be removed and stored in order to have room for our personal toiletries. The upstairs Jack-and-jill bath had a pink shower curtain instead of white secondary to it's being covered in mold. It smelled horrible. We purchased a clear shower curtain liner from target for 4.99 to have at least have one degree of separation from this mold and our bodies. The primary bathroom shower is quite slippery- we purchased a non slip shower mat for this shower so we didn't have any falls, as my in-laws were using this bathroom. We found the cloth dining room chairs to be in need of a deep clean, as does the carpet upstairs. It's very hard to find a clean, updated home in Birmingham, as we have stayed many times for conferences, etc. This home could look like the pictures if a little more care and upkeep were applied.
