This is our 2nd stay and we love SeaBreeze lodge. The view is amazing!!! This side of the island makes great use of the kayaks and paddleboards. You can kayak to a little island during high tide. You can walk out in the middle of the flats during low tide. You can get a float and enjoy the calm water. You can kayak right to a blue hole. The roads are a little rough to get to the house but rent an SUV and go slower and you will be completely fine. We had everything to cook meals and there is a grill for use as well. The pool is wonderful to have as well. The outside area is so relaxing. The host and Joanes are extremely responsive and helpful with whatever questions or needs arise. We love it here and will be back. Thank you for a wonderful week stay in Exuma.

This house was perfect for us! The AC was cool, the beds were comfy, there was a washer and dryer, and the water jug connecting to the fridge was so convenient and provided ICE! The property manager was quick to respond and everything was exactly as pictured. Had a great stay and would highly recommend!

Here’s a polished VRBO review that keeps your experience authentic and detailed:We had an amazing stay at Seabreeze Lodge! The property was exactly as described, and the oceanfront setting was absolutely beautiful. One of our favorite parts of the trip was taking advantage of the kayaks and paddleboards. We paddled out to the sandbars and cays behind the house on a couple of different days, which was such a fun adventure. We were even lucky enough to see sharks and sea turtles right behind the house! The pool was another highlight. It was the perfect place to cool off after long days exploring the beaches and snorkeling, and it was thoughtfully stocked with floats that our family really enjoyed. The house itself was very well equipped with everything we needed for the week. After reading previous reviews, we knew to expect the road leading to the house to be rough, and that was accurate. Taking it slow made it completely manageable, and it certainly wasn’t enough to take away from the experience. We thought the location was excellent. We spent a lot of time exploring nearby beaches like Forbes Hill, Pretty Molly Beach, and Tropic of Cancer Beach, all of which were easy to reach from the house.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. We’d absolutely recommend Seabreeze Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful Exuma getaway, and we’re already planning our next trip back!

The property is in a great location 15 minutes from Georgetown, although the road getting to the property is pretty rough. We struggled in our minivan. I would highly suggest a Jeep. The views are spectacular. We were able to swim out in front of the property. The property is spacious the living room and dining room furniture has been upgraded from the pictures. Some attention to detail is needed. Property manager, Jonas was awesome.
