Premantura is known as a charming tourist place abundant in greenery and proud of its clear and clean sea. South of the town is Cape Kamenjak– a protected landscape 9.5 km long, 1.5 km wide, with altogether 30 km of indented coastline.
Apartment is 500 meters distanced from the sea, well fenced for the children protection and guests privacy, sharing parking place with nearby holiday house "Jasna".
Living space of 63 sq meters is spread over ground floor with exit to the covered terrace furnished with outdoor sitting facilities.
