This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this home. Our experience the first year brought us back. The hostess is extremely kind and responds quickly to any questions. The seven bedrooms gave everyone their own space. The living space was great for hanging out. Everyone enjoyed spending time on the back porches with the views as well. We love that it is SO close to the heart of Pigeon Forge. We could be at the grocery store, the Old Mill, miniature golf, shopping, restaurants, Mountain Top Coaster, and tons of other activities, literally in a few minutes. They also provide daily free tickets to multiple attractions and shows. Already looking forward to next year's trip.

The location of this property is excellent. It's near the end of a dead-end street, making the location very quiet and with views of the Smoky Mountains off the back deck. Being near the southern end of Pigeon Forge and just minutes off the Parkway made it very convenient to get to the Smoky Mountain National Park and other attractions. The bedroom/bathroom layout and comfort were perfect for our group of 10 adults and 6 kids. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, etc. There is a nice community pool down the hill that our grandkids loved in the evening. There is ample parking on level ground in front of the house. However, there were a couple of problems with the property. The refrigerator was not cooling properly and the kitchen/living room areas could have been cleaner (dirty floors, dried food under the sofa cushions, dirty bbq grill) considering the high cleaning fees that are charged. The property manager was excellent and always responded quickly to text messages or by phone and took good care of us. A new refrigerator was installed on day 3 so that is no longer an issue. With that said, I definitely would stay here again.

It could be more cleaner. The bathroom mats and shower curtains need to be changed. The tv in the living room volume was not always working. Need more tops for the pots in the kitchen.
