About this house rental
Enjoy panoramic views of Avoca Beach and Cape Three Points from The Retreat"s living area while being mere seconds from the sand. Perched among the vegetation just above the beach, the home"s eastern facing, open construction intermingles with the sounds and smells of the ocean to create a unique holiday space. Organic materials, glass and minimalist furnishings allow for light to fill the space, transforming the tone of the home at all hours of the day. A raised deck with outdoor seating at the beachfront creates a natural flow between the bedrooms, living space and outdoors.
The Retreat"s main level follows an open-plan style, lending itself to shared living. The kitchen, lounge, and indoor and outdoor dining flow into one another, with sliding doors and vast windows disrupting the distinction between nature and home.
Stone tiled floors and wide windows utilise the sea-breeze to cool the home in the heat of summer. A gas fireplace and underfloor heating in the main living room warms the home from its core in the winter.
With an inviting open living environment that echoes the sounds and smells of its beachfront location, The Retreat North Avoca provides the perfect escape.
This property is not available for use for functions or social events. Full bond will be forfeited if this is the case.

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is amazing and top level of house is great.
Unfortunately the bottom level smelled of mould and two rooms in particular couldn’t be used. Other than that it was fabulous.

The beach is literally on your doorstep at this North Avoca holiday home.
Plenty of space for two families and all the amenities you will need for a great beach stay.
Little cafe and general store on the same street and lovely walk along the beach to the cafes, restaurants and calm ocean at Avoca Beach.
The host was also very helpful.
We will be back for sure
