Our stay was perfect, we had the best time skiing! The hotel was accommodating, especially with ski valet and the boot locker area. The unit was comfortable for the three of us, even the pullout bed offered a perfect night’s sleep.

We’ve stayed in various units at the Westgate and always enjoy the stay. We were unhappy with the bed, my own fault for not looking closely enough to see that this unit is a queen bed and not a king. The bed was small and not comfortable. The shower sauna was not working and the shower head/poor water pressure made for disappointing showers. The unit was clean and the renovation is beautiful. I did try to get in touch with the property manager prior to our stay to change the reservation to a bigger unit but did not receive a reply.
