About this house rental
Slow down at this nature-inspired home and all that Gilford and the Lakes Region have to offer!
5 minute drive to Gunstock Mountain and 5-10 minute drive to Lake Winnipesaukee for fun all year-round.
Cozy up in the living room, play games in the sun room, sit on the front porch with your coffee or enjoy a home-cooked meal in the eat-in kitchen or at the large, custom built farm table.
This space offers all the amenities of a home to help you feel comfortable and relaxed.
Step through the foyer to a spacious first floor with woodwork throughout. You will see the open staircase and the new flat screen smart TV in the living room with a slider door to the back deck.
There is an open dining room with a coffee/tea station with a slider looking out to the trees in the backyard. A wooden highchair is available if needed. There is a full bathroom and a separate laundry room.
The large kitchen is fully equipped and includes appliances and seating for four at the peninsula. Just off of the dining room there is a slider that goes into the beautiful, large sunroom.
The sunroom has tall pine ceilings and plenty of windows to feel connected to nature while also enjoying the heat or air-conditioning. There is a slider to the front porch and a slider to the back patio. Sit in the swing chair, read a book on the couch or play a game of basketball! There is also a couch with a queen bed, if needed.
When you head upstairs there are three bedrooms, a full bathroom and a landing. The first bedroom has a full bed, twin bed and crib. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The landing has a twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. There are a total of six beds and a crib. Each room has a fan.
There is a grill and outdoor set to sit at in the backyard.
There are many spots to sit, dine, sip, rest and relax with family and friends!
We are excited to incorporate eco-friendly features such as re-fillable, non-toxic shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
4 beach chairs and beach towels in the summer and sleds for the winter also available for your use.
Guests have access to the entire home besides the locked closets.

Furniture and decor may appear different than listing photos. We are making updates and adding various items and amenities as we go. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. We want you to have an amazing stay and we are learning as we host!
Families are welcome, but we cannot say it is childproofed, especially with the open staircase. Please be cautious upon booking if you have younger children.
Each room has its own heating unit for comfort. Air conditioning is only on the first floor. Fans and portable air conditionings are provided for the bedrooms.
Exterior cameras are in place to monitor the property. We have a no exceptions policy on guests of guests and/or additional people as well as parties. There are no indoor cameras.
A fee of $250 will be applied for any smoking in the house.
FIREPLACE: As of right now, please only use Duraflame logs.

Beautiful, spacious property in a great location. We love staying in Gilford when we go to Laconia Bike Week. This house is great for a group of adults; we wish we stayed longer to enjoy the space more! Comfy beds, spacious living and kitchen area to hang out in, nice outdoor area. Hosts responded quickly to messages when needed. Would stay again!
