Fantastic stay at this property. Bobby communicates well and was quick to respond. The house is clean and welcoming with a well-equipped kitchen...some rentals state that, but this one really had everything we needed. My husband loved the countertop ice maker! We found the seating and beds comfortable (I struggled a bit with the pillows but am pillow choosy and should just bring my own). The location was quiet, very little traffic, central to everything we wanted to be near. Easy in and out. The backyard is truly a gem. It's private and spacious with varied seating enclaves and whimsical decor adding to the botanical beauty. The covered patio is spacious and well equipped with a new grill and plenty of seating.The first evening we took cold showers - but figured out the next day that the shower valves seem to be installed backwards - found hot water by turning toward cold. It was a really great find for us and we hope to stay there again next year.

We so enjoyed the private patio and large backyard. Like a mini desert. Very comfortable furniture and bedding. Bobby was extremely responsive and helpful with checking in and out, and any minor issues we had.

Amazing backyard! Full of trees and Arizona vegetation. Several paths throughout. Large patio including heater and new grill. Plenty of seating for us and our friends. Completely covered for shade, but if you like the sun, there is plenty of areas for that too.
Very quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. Close to everything!
Lovely home with remodeled kitchen. Kitchen very well stocked with everything you need if you want to cook. Plenty of indirect sunlight for a bright interior. We’ve rented some homes that were very dark, but not this one.
Property owner is very available. Any issue we had he responded immediately, and solved the problem. This is the second home we have rented from him, and we will be back!
