- We maintain the pool at 70 degrees. If you’d like it warmer, just let us know at least 48 hours before arrival so we can have it ready for you. Pool (85) heat is available for $35/day or $225/week plus tax (minimum 2 consecutive days). Please note the pool system will not operate at full capacity when Air Temp is 50 degrees or cooler. No pool heat refunds will be offered based on weather conditions. Please let us know if you’d like to add heating or if you have any questions!
- Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay. Please note that propane is not included or provided. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use, but we cannot guarantee the tank will be full. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.

The management co responded right away to any issue that we had. The kids loved their rooms. Pool was clean and warm. The Mario video arcade game didn’t work.

The townhouse was just as advertised. The kids loved the clubhouse pool. The only con was getting through the front gate. The line went down the road. But other then that it was wonderful will be back.

Beautiful condo with everything you need. The private pool was fantastic. Very nice to be so close to clubhouse and resort pool. Would definitely stay here again!

We booked this property for our extended family mini-getaway. The rooms were all themed beautifully, and there are so many thoughtful details throughout the space. Plenty of space for all of us to come together to share meals and to play games, but also to have your own space to relax. Both the private pool and the community pool were well-maintained. The owner was very communicative, and available to us throughout the stay. We received prompt responses to all of our questions, and there were no interruptions to our fun.
Thank you for hosting our little family! We look forward to returning again soon!
