Payment for parking passes will be collected separately. Once purchased, passes will be picked up on-site at the property and will be valid for the duration of your stay.
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Overall we had a great time staying in this condo. Cons were that the unit could use some updating with more comfortable furniture. The A/C unit is a bit noisy, the pipes from the upstairs unit make noises when they turn off the water. Pros are that it was very clean and convenient to the elevators, beach, and pools.
