Nestled among the trees along peaceful Fish River, this hand-crafted home combines rustic charm with state-of-the-art amenities.
Imagine fun-filled days on the river swimming, fishing, bird-watching, relaxing on the two docks, or kayaking. Two adult kayaks and one child kayak are available at the house for your enjoyment. Spend a leisurely afternoon kayaking down the river and perhaps making a stop at Big Daddy's Restaurant for a yummy bite or a sweet tea or a cold beer.
Back at the house, relax on the large covered deck and enjoy the view of boats going by. Up for some games? Try playing in the game room. A selection of board games is also available. Unless of course the comfortable living room couches and television are calling your name after a day of river activities.
As the sun goes down, fire up the grill and indulge in an outdoor feast on the deck or prepare a delicious dinner in the updated kitchen. Kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances and plenty of counter space which make cooking a dream. Plus, there is a spacious eating area next to the kitchen if you prefer to dine outdoors.
Beach towns of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach are nearby, as well as the quaint town of Fairhope. Fish River Hideaway is centrally located between Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, and Magnolia Springs.

LOVE this place! It was so quiet and relaxing. Lots of room for the kids to run around and they loved having the game room area downstairs. The dock and swinging bench were so nice and there's a little beach for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to make meals. The deck is nice and big with a long table to eat at and rocking chairs to sit and watch the boats go by. Would 100% stay here again.

House was everything we expected. Lots of room inside and out, very clean and cozy. Kids and grandkids really enjoyed the pier and fishing was great. Will defiantly stay again. Property host Julie was helpful when I contacted her!

Beautiful property and location but the amenities are very lacking. The power and water to the new pier does not work. None of the exterior water is turned on either. If you're planning outdoor activities these are essential. Tjere was also roaches all over the interior of the house, especially in the freezer but all over the kitchen in general. Property manager took over 24 hrs to respond to my questions about power and water to the pier and exterior. I forgot a pair of shorts there and told the property manager exactly where they were and she asked the cleaners to look and they told her they didn't see them but they were there for sure.overall, it is a beautiful property with potential but having power and water to the pier is fundamental if you're planning outdoor activities and the roaches are disgusting.
