But the real showstopper? Your private pool, where you can bask in the sun, cool off with a swim, and enjoy total privacy. For added fun, the property’s expansive common areas feature multiple swimming pool, a soccer field and kids’ play areas —plus a gym to stay active during your stay.

- Common areas 9:00 am to 12:00 am (Sunday to Thursday)
- Common areas 9:00 am to 2:00 am (Friday and Saturday)
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house. If you do so outside, it is important to dispose of cigarette butts in the trash, once it has been properly extinguished
- There is space for two vehicles in front of the house, please do not park on the entrance hall.
- The use of common areas is for guests only, parties are not allowed.
- When leaving, make sure to close all windows and doors.
- Turn off the electric switch before check out.
- DO NOT throw paper on the toilet. In case of clogging it, the plumbing costs are the responsibility of the guest.
- This property is powered by solar panels and includes 35 kilowatts-hour (kWh) of additional grid consumption per day. Any consumption exceeding 35 kWh per day will be charged at $4.02 MXN per additional kWh.

We were a group of 5 adults and we found that this rental had everything we needed. The host was very quick at responding to our text. The beds are extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed the common area, where we could put our feet in the sand and relax or lay on the long chairs or chill in the pool. There are so many attractions fairly close by but you do need a car. We got a car rental from Max Car Rental in Merida (airport) where the rate was very reasonnable and the staff very friendly. We highly recommend this property.
