In Woolacombe’ prime location, Beachside takes centre stage for it’s debut as the latest in Holiday Home Hunters portfolio of classic seafront Woolacombe properties. Literally paces to the beach and village.

Sleeping two in a super and comfortably spacious one-bedroom ground floor apartment, Beachside at Hartland House on The Esplanade overlooks Woolacombes’ main beach.

With parking for one car this newly converted apartment also has a private entrance and two shower rooms. Entering from the front into the main living area, its easy to see why this space is open plan as there is a sea view from anywhere in the room through the gorgeous original bay window which dominates the front of the apartment.

Beautiful grey gloss kitchen units with built in appliances has a wrap round worktop and the table and chairs for dining sit nicely in the bay window to enjoy the best view. The large 3-seater and 2-seater sofa in a pale grey fabric are sumptuous and comfortable for watching sunsets or TV in the evenings.

From this area is a separate shower room with WC and basin and there is also the lovely bedroom with king-size bed, bedsides, dressing table chest of drawers and built in co-ordinating wardrobe all following the pale greys that flow through this stunning place.
This super comfortable bedroom has a full and spacious en-suite shower room with WC and hand basin.

One of the other features that stand out for this apartment are the two private outdoor spaces. One directly outside the living room bay window accessed from the front door and another lower platform where a picnic table offers the chance for al fresco meals or that sundowner whilst watching the sunset. This is an absolutely stunning seafront property with promise of being very sought after as a holiday home for any time of the year, the ever changing view from this apartment will be enjoyed come rain or shine.

Friday changeover. One quite tight parking space. No pets and no smoking. No surf/sports equipment permitted inside the apartment.
