Your Summerton adventure begins at this 3-bedroom house. Our location offers plenty of parking for boats with access to electrical hook ups for charging batteries. We are conveniently located minutes away from the following BOAT LANDINGS: Goat Island Landing, 3 minutes; Taw Caw Creek Landing, 4 minutes; John C Land Boat Landing 17 minutes, which is the host landing for most major bass fishing tournaments in Clarendon County. This property offers a nice and comfortable stay for guests. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi and a washing machine & dryer during your visit. The kitchen offers a full-size refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. We offer a variety of small appliances such as coffee maker (k-cup/carafe), ice maker, toaster, blender and hand mixer. We also include a set of dishes, flatware and drinkware, as well as cooking and serving utensils. Pots/pans/skillets as well as sheet trays are also provided. House has 1 king bed and 4 twin beds and features a bathtub in the master with showers in both bathrooms. A superb office space off the kitchen, for those who work remotely. Property also offers a den off the living room with a futon that provides extra flexibility for your needs. Screen porch and outdoor gas grill is available for use. The home is Absolutely Amazing and Very Roomy. Absolutely Loved the Screened in Porch with the Fans blowing to keep cool. Gas Grill was Perfect for grilling. Very Clean. Everything needed in the home to have a Perfect Vacation. Only thing needed was clothes and toiletries. Washer and dryer was Great so I didn’t have to bring any dirty laundry home.
