Located 20 mins from the cities of Montargis and Pithiviers, 45 mins from Fontainebleau, 1 hour from Orléans and 1h30 from Paris, it is ideal for your holidays as a couple or for your business trips. 2-room duplex apartment, with independent entrance and private enclosed garden. It includes, on the ground floor, an equipped living room (TV, cable channels, Wi-Fi, fixed sofa) with fully fitted and equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, electric coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, washing machine, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, induction hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, multiple kitchen utensils, etc...). A bathroom with bath and WC.
On the 1st floor composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a 140*190 bed, wardrobe, dressing table and baby's umbrella bed, then a second with 3 90*190 beds, an 80*190 folding bed, a wardrobe, a chest and 2 bedside tables.
A private outdoor parking space is reserved for you.
For your comfort, water, electricity, heating and sheets are included in the rental price.
Shops are located 3kms and 8kms away.
The owners live on site and offer other accommodation on site, adjoining the gîte.
