Your whole family will love the feel of the new unit nestled in the incredible resort community of Desert Color. The main floor offers an open-concept living space with large, comfy couches, seating for 12 around the dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in the many tasteful bedrooms, or stage a foosball tournament in the upstairs living space. When you are ready to get outdoors, grab the paddleboards and kayaks from the garage and head to the incredible Lagoon!
Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.
At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. Excellent house! We stayed with a group of adults for a sports tournament. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom so it was perfect for couples. Lagoon was very fun to play around in. Spacious enough to not feel cramped.

This was such a wonderful property! Accessible to the lagoon, great amenities, loved the layout with each bedroom having a bathroom. Large dining and living area accommodated our group perfectly!

This house was perfect for us! The location was great. We were close to everything. Our family will remember this place and rent it again.

Great space for a girls trip!! Location, amenities, and house was wonderful. However, there were a few things we didn’t love 1. When we arrived the hot tub was green and unusable. The pool guy came the next day (normally scheduled visit) and said he may need to drain it (it was that bad!). Instead he loaded it full of chemicals and it smelt so strongly of chemicals we didn’t think it was safe to get in. Plus it was still green with visible oils floating on top. By the day we checked out, the water was clear but unfortunately we never got to use it. 2. One of the rooms’ mattress was very uncomfortable (like an under-inflated air mattress). That guest ended up sleeping on the couch. The other rooms were very good.That said, I would stay here again so I hope I don’t sound too negative. We had a great time and our trip was very enjoyable.
