In a quiet and wooded residence with swimming pools "MALIBU VILLAGE"

Very nice spacious and renovated apartment of 44m2 with beautiful living room (most recent building of the residence) under private management. Fully air-conditioned, 8m2 terrace, open and fully equipped living room kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, oven, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker, plancha, etc.), new sofa bed, TV.. Bathroom with towel warmer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washing machine) 1 bedroom with large storage cupboard and air conditioning. Ideal for 4 people. Sheets provided if rental of more than 4 days. Towels are not included in the price. We have a travel cot, high chair; available on request

restaurant and a snack bar with many activities and theme evenings,
multi-sports and petanque ground, table tennis
3 swimming pools + 1 for children under 3 years old with entertainment including water aerobics,
