Master bathroom provides a jet tub, a standing shower with private toilet and double sinks. The top roof floor plays a key entertaining role with a bonus room with two twin beds; its own bar/sink/refrigerator; a full bathroom and a desk facing the amazing gulf views and sunsets from the patio.
Cook and dine in the completely furnished kitchen with the open concept to the spacious dining and family room. A half bathroom is conveniently located as you enter the kitchen area. On the other side of the bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer and your beach towels.
You have the option to enjoy your meals in the dining room or the outdoor balcony off the kitchen and family room. Only one block walk to the famous Siesta Key Beach and two blocks to the highly entertaining Village.

We spent 5 days at this house and our stay was amazing. We were a group of 8. The house is beautiful and 4 minutes walking to the beach. It is very well equipped with every thing you need to cook and enjoy your days there. Randy and Kim are available and response to you almost immediately if you need them. We will be back for sure. Siesta beach is the #1 beach in USA.
