About this villa rental
This impressive modern villa is harmoniously integrated into the hillside and offers breathtaking sea views, stretching from the spectacular bay with its crystal-blue waters to Port de Sóller and the open sea beyond. The luxury property blends perfectly into its natural surroundings.
The architecture creates a perfect balance between light and shade, resulting in a warm, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere.
The villa features 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and each bedroom enjoys beautiful panoramic views.
On the first floor, you’ll find a spacious open-plan living area with a modern kitchen and dining space. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. This floor also includes a bedroom with an attached bathroom.
You can reach the upper floor via the staircase or conveniently by the elevator located in the entrance area. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as two additional bedrooms and another bathroom.
All bedrooms have access to the large terrace with stunning sea views over the bay of Port de Sóller.
The house is equipped with:

- Air conditioning in all rooms
Outside, the villa offers several spacious terrace areas, some covered, providing both sunny and shaded spots. The heated swimming pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor space.
The villa is located on a quiet hillside above Port de Sóller, about 1 km (0.62 miles) from the harbor, beach, and restaurants. This is approximately a 6-minute walk downhill, while the walk back to the villa is uphill and takes around 12–15 minutes.
Free parking is available in front of the villa.
The house has a permanent vacation rental license for up to 5 guests.

Great property, outstanding views and highly recommend. It’s on the quieter side of town which is preferred vs. the noisy busy port area. One small point, the walk up the hill to the villa can be challenging in the heat but there is parking generally at the bottom of the hill.

We had a lovely week at Miramar-the house was as nice as the photos, with all our needs provided for. Gorgeous views, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. Excellent communication from Michaela through booking and our stay.

The property is built over several levels, and whilst delivering amazing views it doesn’t deliver on other important holiday requirements. It is not suitable for young children or the elderly.
The pool is permanently in the shade, with no patio area or space to relax on the sun loungers. I was very disappointed when I realised I had spent nearly £8000 for a week and couldn’t use the pool for days relaxing in the sun.
It’s impossible to walk to and from the villa in the summer heat, it’s a very steep road and I spent £30 a day on taxis going to the beach.
The house is very well equipped, but we spent our time on the beach and never really used it the way we had planned. I genuinely felt gutted.
The bottom floor smells of damp and needs attention.
