**Lake levels vary drastically at this home. Water may be empty in Sept - March and could be too low for a boat anytime.
This peaceful lakeside home offers 3 cozy bedrooms upstairs: one with a queen, one with a full, and one with two twin beds. Downstairs, the office space doubles as a flexible sleeping area with a pullout sofa bed. The master bedroom boasts a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower combo. There's also a second full bathroom upstairs for added convenience. Water levels at this property range from dry to 4 feet deep.

The kitchen has been tastefully remodeled with quartz counters and a sleek quartz backsplash. It's fully stocked and ready for meal prep, with coffee provided for your mornings. We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.
🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

The property is very cute and cozy. My plans for fishing didn't work out because the lake was low and the weather did not cooperate for a nice evening in the hot tub or even a cookout! I would definitely try to use this property again at a different time of the year so I can take advantage of what it has to offer. The property is exactly as pictured! Great for a family, you would definitely need your own transportation. It's very secluded, and gets very dark at night, no street lights! Beautiful property and location, about a 10 minute drive to restaurants, grocery stores and shops.

This property is definitely a 5 star stay! Everything was just as pictured in the listing. The vibe was super relaxing. We really enjoyed the hot tub and patio set up. We would absolutely stay here again!
