Newly Listed!!! ****DISNEY - Arendelle**** Do you need to disconnect from the daily grind and just plug into the people you love the most? Our family welcomes you to our newly, remodeled "Arendelle " home. In our home, you'll find a Frozen Dining room and 3 Disney-Spirited bedrooms to make sure to elevate your experience and bring the magic for the whole family.
We have a lake view, and are literally steps from the entrance of the waterpark/resort pooll which is one of the most desirable locations in the resort. So convenient especially if you have kids!
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with a double, Olympic-sized, zero-enty, heated pool which features a large hot tub on the main pool deck. Adjacent to the pool is a new water park/splash pad that also features both dual, 3-story water racing slides and an area with smaller slides for the younger ones. In the pool area, Windsor Hills hosts live music, DJ’s, and fun, competitive games and activities for all ages.
Throughout the resort, you'll find basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts as well as a fully-equipped fitness center, a movie theater with free, guest-selected movies, outdoor grills, putting green, arcade, and two playgrounds. Windsor Hills is one of the closest, short-term rental areas to Disney. Two right turns and two miles after exiting our resort, and you are driving under the "Welcome to Walt Disney World" sign. Depending on the park visited, driving time is 7-12 minutes.
Our "Arendelle" home has offers newer appliances, furniture, and decor to bring the Disney magic to your vacation home.
Arendelle will sleep up to 6 guests with a maximum of 7 if the Pack ‘n Play is used. A Pack 'n Play (sheets included), stroller and high chair are furnished for our younger guests. We also furnish beach towels for use at the pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances including refrigerator/freezer, flat surface stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Small appliances include programmable coffee maker (both K-cup and pot-syle), toaster, crock pot, and blender. There are plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, bakeware, flatware, glassware (including wine glasses), and kitchen linens.

We had an amazing stay here with our 3 kids. The condo is spacious and clean and in a great location - super close to the pool and the porch faces the lake which was perfect. Gino and Bobbie were great hosts, very responsive to messages and super helpful.

This condo is top-notch. Furniture and appliances seem new. Everything you need for cooking, including an air fryer. Excellent location, very short walk to the pool. The internet was great and I was able to work from the condo. The host was excellent and even sent chocolates for Valentine’s Day.

Everything was clean. The hosts went above and beyond. We will always stay at one of their rentals when we go to Orlando again.
