Whether you're here for snow sports, mountain biking, or to enjoy the local shops, restaurants, or amenities, you'll find endless opportunities for fun & adventure. With a variety of activities & stunning surroundings, your stay promises unforgettable memories!

-Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, pack & play (sleeps 2-3) - main level
-Bedroom 2: 1 king bed, patio (sleeps 2) - upstairs
-Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed (sleeps 2) - upstairs
-Bedroom 4: 4 twin beds (sleeps 4) - upstairs
-Living Room: 1 queen-sized sleeper sofa - main level

LOCATION & ATTRACTIONS:
In the heart of Massanutten Village, our home is within 5 minutes of all the Massanutten Resort amenities has to offer including: skiing, snowboarding, go karts, mini golf, mountain biking, extensive hiking, Indoor/Outdoor Water Park, Day Spa, indoor pool, basketball, and much more. You’re also close to all of the exploring that awaits in Shenandoah National Park, Shenandoah River and Luray Caverns. You can also catch a sporting event at James Madison University a short drive away.
IMPORTANT RULES WITHIN MASSANUTTEN: This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
NOISE:
• Quiet hours: 10 PM - 7 AM.
• Keep noise indoors during these hours.
• No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
PARKING:
• Keep all tires off the road.
• Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
• Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840
• No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
OUTDOOR FIRES:
• High wildfire risk area!
• No open fires.
• No unattended fires.
• No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
• Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village dot com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
ALCOHOL:
No open containers on roads or in common areas.
PETS:
• Leash always required when outside.
• Clean up after your pets.
TRASH:
• Do not place trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or car ports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.

We had a great time. 6 adults, 4 young children and a dog. The house was clean, well stocked and in good condition. Nice quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the swings in the back. The community pool and the Massanutten Resort overall were great. The owners were very helpful. Highly recommend this rental.

We loved this house! It’s very clean, with comfortable beds and fun decor! The location was perfect for a weekend of mountain biking. Easy access to both the bike park and the western slope. We enjoyed the hot tub after a day of riding. We really appreciate that the hosts allow pets! Highly recommend this house and would stay here again.
