Perfectly located between Bay Harbor and downtown Petoskey, this fully remodeled home is an ideal spot for your Northern Michigan escape. With beautiful views of Little Traverse Bay and a spacious wraparound deck, it’s easy to start your day with coffee and end it with a sunset.
This four-bedroom, two-bath home offers plenty of space for families or groups to relax and unwind.
As you enter, you’ll pass through a convenient mudroom and laundry area—perfect for storing ski or snowboard gear in the winter months. From there, you’ll step into the lower level, which features one of the two primary bedrooms. This suite includes a king bed, an electric fireplace, and a nearby full bathroom with a walk-in shower. You’ll also find a cozy family room on this level with walkout access to a patio.
Upstairs, the home opens into a bright, open-concept living space with access to both the wraparound deck and a sunroom. The kitchen is designed for gathering, with plenty of counter space, barstool seating, and two dining areas that comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.
This level also includes the remaining bedrooms. One guest room features a full bed, while another includes a full bed along with a twin-over-full bunk—great for kids. The second primary bedroom offers a king bed, and a shared full bathroom includes a double vanity and a bathtub.

The house is even nicer than it looks on VRBO - our group was comfortable, everything was beautiful, and we enjoyed great views from the deck. I would very happily stay here again. Of particular note, the kitchen is very well equipped for those of you cooking on vacation!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. Lots of room for our party of 6! Great kitchen and living spaces. My only complaint was no blankets. We had a few cool nights and I had to take another bedspread!

We stayed with a group of 6 adults in town for a weekend of golf and wedding festivities. The property served us well. Bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces are all well suited for a group like ours. Views of the bay from the house are a bonus and very nice. Lots of rules from the management but we somehow managed not to break any. I would definitely stay here again or recommend should the need ever arrise.
