Upon entering the home, you will be greeted by wide open views of the ocean from the living area, which also features a cozy fireplace and plenty of seating for the whole crew. A secondary living area shares access to the fireplace and features a 65 flat screen TV with plenty of seating for relaxing after a full day at the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen includes an induction stove, two ovens, dishwasher, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and pots and pans, as well as utensils, providing everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal for oceanfront dining without ever leaving the home. The dining area has seating for 8, while the kitchen features a granite-topped bar with additional seating for 8.

Great location with excellent view and allowed for many people. The only problem was that the house was not stocked enough with toilet paper, soap, trash bags or paper towel. Also there wasn’t a sharp knife to be found and with a big group we did a fair amount of cooking. Otherwise it worked out well!

Plenty of room, great location.
Excessive wood rot , balconies and hand rails loose from rot. Sliding door in upstairs bedroom falling apart from rot. Furniture in living room had excessive stains to the point no one would sit in that room. On arrival there was hair all over the furniture, bed linens and towels. Needs updating. Overall our trip was good, but the place needs a great deal of work.
