Welcome to Miramar, your ultimate bayfront oasis in Shoreacres, Texas. This stunning home, located directly on the serene waters of Galveston Bay, offers the perfect blend of comfort and natural beauty, making it an ideal retreat for large families or groups seeking a memorable coastal getaway. With 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, Miramar provides ample room and privacy for everyone to enjoy their stay.

● Location: Sitting on Galveston Bay in Shoreacres, Texas
● Private Pool: We have a Cowboy soaking pool on the ground level that can comfortably fit up to 8 people when it`s time to relax and cool off.
● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.
● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.
● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.
● Parking: There is room for up to 6 cars in the driveway.

The master suite features a king bed with bay views and en-suite access, while a second bedroom also offers a king bed for additional comfort. Families will appreciate the third and fourth bedrooms, each with a queen bed and twin bunk beds, providing flexibility and convenience. The fifth bedroom, located in the loft, is perfect for larger groups with its queen bed, full over full bunk bed, and twin bed.
The large backyard is a true highlight of Miramar, featuring a Cowboy soaking pool ideal for relaxing and cooling off. Direct access to the bay allows you to enjoy fishing right in front of the house, while the deck offers a fantastic spot to take in the scenic surroundings. Located just down the street from the prestigious Houston Yacht Club, Miramar provides easy access to sailing and other waterfront activities.

- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.

We had a great stay overall at this property. The home was spacious, clean, and in a great location with beautiful views—perfect for our trip.We did run into an issue with the AC on the lower level during our stay, but the host was very responsive and stayed in communication with us the entire time. They quickly sent someone out and made sure it was taken care of, which we really appreciated.Overall, the host was attentive and did a good job making sure we were comfortable. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Pros:*location*amount of space*video games for the kids*patio with a fantastic view*quiet neighborhoodMinuses:*quality of beds*no in home guidebook for people other than the host to access*several outlets didn’t work*stove and oven EXTREMELY slow to cook food *reached out to host to ask a question via phone number provided in online guidebook and never heard back*minimal amentities including one roll of paper towels (which is kind of crazy for a house that holds 20 people). Overall great stay but could definitely use some much needed upgrades

There were rooms that were locked appropriately with a master lock and other rooms that were mysterious and locked by magnet. In our eyes, the home owner could have been there or anyone else in those rooms. The railing on the top deck was falling off and not safe. It would be easier to fall the from the deck three floors above ground. Lighting in the house was not sufficient.
