This beautiful holiday home with pool is located in the village of ajini in the heart of Istria. The house has a kitchen with dining area and indoor fireplace, four bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional toilet on the ground floor. The outstanding location is an excellent starting point for various day trips and visits to picturesque places in the surrounding area. For active holidays, there are hiking, running and cycling trails, an adventure park and a horse ranch for horse riding. The nearest beaches are in Krnica and Duga uvala. You can also visit the towns of Rovinj, Pore and Pula with their many summer events and rich gastronomic offer worth discovering.

We had an awesome two weeks in this house. Kristian is a great host who gave us a warm welcome and introduction when we arrived. The house itself is really great. It is clean, spacious and has a pool, table Tennis, Fußball, Badminton and a Jacuzzi. Within 20min you can find big supermarkets but for the daily things, there is also a very small supermarket 2min walk away. Cities like Pula and Rovinj are only a 20-30min drive away.Our dog loved the big garden and with the wall around the house and garden it is ideal for dog owners.The only thing you need to be aware about is that the house is located in a very nice but small town with lots of farms around it so there are lots of flies. We read about it before so we brought fly traps which helped. Most of the farmers have dogs , so there was sometimes some barking, which we as dog owners didnt care about at all and our dog also never responded by barking back.We would recommend this house and would definitely come back.
