Our units are located in one of the most historic parts of Bonavista – only a few minutes walk away from the Ryans Premises and The Matthew Legacy.
This reservation has a Super Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 14 day prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travellers cancelling at least 14 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travellers cancelling from 7 to 13 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travellers cancelling less than 7 days prior to check-in. CanadaStays Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.

The space was perfect. Close to everything and the property owner was very accesible and accommodating. Not only the ability to do laundry but other personal touches made it like home. Near a beautiful sunset point where we saw whales!

Janice was very hospitable and easy going and helpful and came see if needed anything at all and was friendly the place was very clean and accessible to every where and walkable to sites will be back in future
