Classic and comfortable, this three-bedroom home sits within walking distance of the beach and boat docks at the Pines Village at Bass Lake.
Inside, you'll find a space that has been thoughtfully redecorated with new, rustic-styled furnishings. Both of the main bedrooms upstairs have large glass doors that open onto decks. There’s also a front patio, a large back deck, a basketball hoop, and a backyard for your enjoyment.
Beautiful Bass Lake is a wonderful spot for boating, skiing, fishing, hiking, and bicycling. You'll be close to the heart of the Pines Village, with its restaurants, general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks. The town of Oakhurst is about seven miles away, offering shops, restaurants, bars, a cinema, and a live stage theater of its own. The Chukchansi Casino in Coarsegold is 12 miles away and the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park is only 15 miles away.
Things to know
Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this, summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My family and myself enjoyed the property very much. Home was clean in and out. The home had everything and more. Full functional kitchen with kitchenware if needed to use. Game room as well as bbq if you wanted to enjoy it. Walking distance to food and dessert. Plenty of room and comforting atmosphere. Will be booking again at this residence in the future with my family.

All in all, it was a memorable trip. The home is beautiful and spacious and a perfect location to the lake. It wasn’t very clean. The kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and utensils for a large group. It could use a couple larger bowls for salads and bigger dishes. There was only one dishwasher and laundry pod so bring extras. The garage had plenty of games and toys to keep the kids busy. Access and parking were great! With a little care and upkeep this would be just about perfect.
