Large house, just steps to beach for sun and fun. 800 feet from beach to be exact. On channel for fishing and boating. 4 BR, 3 BA, also three queen sleeper sofas in living room areas (2 upper level and 1 lower level), less than 1 mile from Cherry Grove pier. Large front and back decks for relaxation, family gatherings, cooking out, sunbathing, Soaking tub in master bath. Jack and Jill bedrooms with joint bathroom. Large front patio for family gatherings. All in a quiet neighborhood. Relax on either deck and hear the waves from the ocean. Enjoy the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. Close to award winning golf courses. Travel, entertainment, shopping, dining, theater, children's activities all nearby. Property has two kitchens and two living rooms.

Overall a nice place to stay. Location was nice. Beach was easy. Access beds were comfortable. Everything was clean when we got there. The locks are a little tricky but overall the place is very comfortable and plenty of places to hang out. Really loved the covered porch!

Great location, steps from the beach and very quiet neighborhood. The large front and back porches made great options for extra seating. Also had great options for seating under the house as wlwll

PROS: The house is in a great location and quiet neighborhood. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. The dock in the backyard is nice for fishing. The front porch and decks are great for lazy mornings and evenings although they need some work. The owners are quick to respond to your needs. The coffee pot quit working in the middle of our stay and the owner ordered a new one that was delivered the same day. Lots of bed linens and towels. CONS: The outside is deceiving. The house could use a good deep cleaning. The floors were very dirty when we got there. The house was very dusty. Lots of dust and even food under furniture. The drawers in the kitchen and cabinets were dirty. We didn’t want to put the silverware back in the drawers after they were washed. Items left in the fridge that we had to throw away. Items left in washer and dryer. The house needs many many updates. The front door had a handle that would fall off every time someone tried to go outside. After a while, it became very frustrating. The bottom drawer of the dishwasher stopped working all together. Plaster was falling from the ceiling. Just not up to par of our standards.
