Sheltered Brackenrig Bay is also a perfect setting for boating and a range of watersports, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, and fishing.

Enjoy all-day sun and breathtaking sunsets while kayaking in the bay or lounging on the boathouse deck! This property comes equipped with a bunkie, sauna and access to an interior boathouse slip.

The spacious kitchen is tastefully designed like the rest of the cottage, equipped with elegant granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
DINING ROOM
Directly off the Great Room is a separate dining area, featuring wood panelled walls and plenty of windows, giving the room an airy, outdoorsy feel. A large table with seating for 10, along with doors leading to the outside deck with another dining table and umbrella, seating 8-10.
GREAT ROOM
The Great Room features plenty of comfortable seating, a large stone wood burning fireplace and a wall of windows that overlook the lake. So bright and welcoming - ideal for lounging and admiring the beautiful Muskoka sunsets!
RECREATION ROOM
On the lower level of the cottage, guests will find an entertainment room, which offers plenty of comfortable seating, a TV, a mini-fridge and a gas fireplace.
BUNKIE
There is a nicely-furnished bunkie between the cottage and the boathouse with beautiful unobstructed views of the lake thanks to the clear panels. It is also equipped with a couch and mini-fridge.
BOATHOUSE
1 slip interior Boathouse as well as the boathouse deck which offers unbeatable views of Lake Rosseau, It's furnished with 4 muskoka chairs on the dock, 4 lounge chairs on top and 6 chairs with a large, low table and an umbrella. There are also two swivel chairs under a pavilion, along with a mini fridge.
