For a weekend or a stay, this large house welcomes you in a quiet area. You will appreciate the volumes and the private outdoor spaces.
You can reach the city of Epinal in a few minutes (5 km) and enjoy all the cultural attractions (theater, Museum of Contemporary Art, Museum of Imagery ...) and sports (Natur'O base, canoe course, ice rink, swimming pool ...). Many events are also organized there during the year, summer concerts, Imaginales, Rues et Cie, Tears of Laughter, the Saint-Nicolas parade ...).

You can also explore the Massif: Gérardmer 42 km. The house is arranged on two levels.
On the ground floor (accessible by a few external steps) is a fully equipped kitchen. The living room will allow you to share friendly moments. On this same level two bedrooms each with 2 beds 90/200 (twinned or not), a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with 1 bed 160/200, a bedroom with 1 bed 180/200 (can be separated on request), a bedroom with a bed 90/200 and a bathroom (bath and toilet).

The terrace adjoining the kitchen and the living room (not overlooked) invites you to relax, the garden is pleasantly landscaped.
