Ocean village club is a gated community that offers many amenities including a clubhouse with a fitness center, two swimming pools (1 heated), two tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, a picnic area with grills, and a private beach walkway. With only a 10 minute drive into the heart of St. Augustine the nearby attractions are endless.
This condo is a third floor unit (no elevator) with a king suite with king bed. Guest room is furnished with a queen bed. Living room has a pull out couch, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer,Wi-fi, TVs in every bedroom with cable, balcony with partial ocean view, free parking inside the community, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essentials included.
Guest will be able to park inside the gated community, only a few minute walk to private beach walkway. Safe, friendly private community with dog waste bags available for your four-legged friends.

Condo was well equipped. Nice pools with beach access that included all the amenities like feet wash off. Quiet community. Plenty of parking. Convenient to all the sights.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! Everything was exceptionally clean and well cared for, which made it feel comfortable and relaxing from the moment we arrived. Erika was incredibly easy to communicate with. She was friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way.Our stay was truly fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay. We’d happily return again!

Clean, quiet condo within walking distance to the beach. Seperate bathroom for kids. Stocked with kitchen necessities, board games, plenty of TV options. Great communications with the owner.

Erika is super friendly and easy to rent from. We rented her property based on the listing which promised a heated pool. There was not a heated pool. Access was easy, and the condo had everything we needed to cook with. We appreciated Erika’s accepting our dogs and the kitchen staples like salt and pepper and olive oil being available. The location is great and when the amenities are fixed it will be a great place to vacation.
