About this apartment rental
It is a manor house, typical of the area, belongs to my family for more than a century. In order to optimize its conservation, continuous renovations have been made, the last one in 2012, preserving the antique furniture and decoration accordingly. In common areas such as patio, garden and main gallery it seems as if the time has not passed will live during your stay a setback. Silence is the main characteristic. However, you will enjoy within the apartment the comfort of a modern house with everything you need to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
Very quiet, ideally located in the historic city center, churches, wineries and famous restaurants by the sea. It is an apartment in a 19th century manor house. Completely renovated overlooking the main garden of the house. It is better to see it to value it. The apartment has a private terrace at the level of the living room.
Cultural and culinary tourism. For lovers of wine and sea (Designation of origin Jerez, Xerex, Sherry and Manzanilla de Sanlúcar). Horse racing in the month of August, of International Tourist Interest. Silence and tranquility are main characteristics.
In the months of autumn and winter, you will enjoy an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
If you want to disconnect, it is undoubtedly the ideal place.

Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily.
Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style.
We truly enjoyed our week there.

We so enjoyed our first stay in the apartment, that we returned again this year. The apartment suits us completely - in the centre of Sanlucar with all the bars but nice and quiet, a short walk to the beach, walking distance to food shops,, free parking outside almost always possible. Josefa is a charming lady and our communications with her have always been excellent. All in all - excellent :)

Josefa is the ultimate generous hostess. Her family property is immaculately clean and equipped. Tranquil and secure but central to all that Sanlúcar has to offer.
