Perfect Lake retreat! Bring your boat or Jet Ski and launch into Center Hill Lake! You will be in Mine Lick Creek, minutes by boat to Hurricane Marina! Brand new tiny home will provide perfect get away spot. Located in Austin Lake Community. Community has lake access from Corp. of Engineers maintained boat launch and swimming area. 14 miles from I-40 convenient to both Cookeville and Baxter TN. Visit Cookeville Boat dock Marina, Burgess Falls and Window Cliff a short drive away.

We were incredibly happy with our stay and plan to book again in the spring. Communication with our host was very prompt and accurate. The house was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and the view was just incredible. We cannot wait to visit again.
