Air-conditioned, with mosquito screens, a security door, a safe, 2 bedrooms—one with an en suite bathroom and the other (the kids’ room) with 1 single bed and 1 bunk bed—and newly built, tastefully furnished apartments. Barbecue for each apartment and an outdoor shower. Private, fenced parking area on the property. The villa is built on 6,500 square meters of land, located 800 meters from the sea and 2 km from the magnificent Platani River estuary nature reserve. It is 130 km from Palermo Airport and 160 km from Catania Airport.
