Located right in the heart of Château-Chinon, enjoy this charming studio apartment that has been tastefully renovated.
The fully equipped apartment features electric heating and an open-concept kitchen that opens onto the living area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Beyond the kitchen area, the room features a comfortable fold-out sofa bed, an armchair, and a table with two chairs. Two windows open onto the private section of the garden, which features a patio with patio furniture.
The warm and bright bathroom features a shower stall, a vanity with two drawers, a large mirror, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
You can enjoy the terrace and the sunny garden in complete privacy, with a lovely view of the street, the town hall, and the Bazois Valley.
The studio is accessed from Rue des Fossés via a charming stone and wood staircase that leads to the studio and also opens onto the garden. La Halte Verte is close to City Hall, near the movie theater, and close to a delicious pizzeria with a terrace, as well as the downtown shops
Ideal for a medium- to long-term stay (for students) or for a few days exploring the wonderful Morvan region!

The apartment is well heated and fully furnished with a TV, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a laundry area in a separate room.
It consists of a large main room with a sofa bed (for 1 or 2 people) and an open kitchen with two windows overlooking the garden.
The bathroom has a towel warmer.
The terrace and garden are sunny and offer a lovely view of the townhouses and the Bazois Valley.
The entrance is secured by two doors. The first door faces almost directly toward City Hall and is just a minute away from the movie theater and a delicious pizzeria.

Ideal for two people, I was with my son (12) and we stayed 4 days at that lovely spot. Even with no AC in the summer, the place kept a certain coolness with the shades down. The kitchen is equipped to prepare some meals. We enjoy every evening a short walk to the Calvaire panorama, beautiful. We did the 14km Vélorail trail which is 1km from the studio, under tree shades. The city is very quiet and well situated to explore the Morvan. Enjoy.
