In the heart of the southern Ardèche and a few kilometers from the Chauvet Cave, we will be happy to welcome you and share with you the calm and comfort of our 47m2 cottage, set on a 2500m2 wooded plot. Our cottage is a detached air-conditioned single-storey house which is located in a country hamlet 300m from the village and the Ardèche river. Swimming, canoeing, canyoning, hiking, caving, fishing, ... are on the program. To visit in the region: the Gorges de l'Ardèche, The Pont d'Arc Cave, The Païolive Wood, The Lake of Issarles, the Ray Pic Waterfall, the Devil's Bridge, etc... Not to mention the gourmet stops with local producers and picturesque towns or villages such as Vallon-Pont-d'Arc, Ruoms, Balazuc, Labeaume, Vogüé, Grospierres, Vinezac, etc.
The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), a shower room, a separate toilet, a terrace and a large shaded and enclosed garden. The property also has free private parking, a bowling green, a large barbecue area with dining area and a children's porch.
The property is secured by a gate with digicode.
Pets are welcomed free of charge (only one pet per stay).
